1, mechanical zero debugging and adjusting

2, debugging and adjusting machinery full range
By adjusting the tension of the tension to adjust the measuring range, the measuring range is large on the tension spring, the measuring range is small on the tension spring.Repeated adjustment on the pneumatic control valve is required to control the error within 1%.
3. Point positioning of mechanical range
After debugging the zero and full stroke of pneumatic control vvalve, input the current signal of 12mA and adjust the position of the transmitter connection rod to keep the point perpendicular to the horizontal plane.
4. Debugging and adjusting of full stroke deviation
Input control gas signal to pneumatic control valve 0.02mpa, and then gradually increase the input signal at the following points, so that the cylinder complete the journey, the deviation of each point shall not exceed 1.5%.
