1, Self-operated regulator in gas or low viscosity liquid medium, usually ZZY self-operated pressure control valve for vertical installation on the horizontal tube, when the position space is not allowed to inverted or inclined.
2, In order to facilitate on-site maintenance and operation, the Self - operated regulator should be left with an appropriate space around.
3. When the medium is clean gas or liquid, the filter before the Self - operated regulator may not be installed.
4. If the pressure control valve is too large in size (DN≥100), there should be a fixed support.
5, the position is really not allowed, bypass valve (manual) can be omitted (we do not recommend).
6, After the Self-operated regulator group according to the needs of the user can be selected check valve, safety valve, etc.
7, Self-operated regulator in steam or high viscosity liquid medium, usually ZZY self-operated pressure control valve is installed upside down on the horizontal tube, the condenser (steam with self-operated) should be higher than the regulator valve actuator and lower than the valve before and after the connection.The use of the front condenser should be filled with cold water, about 3 months after the irrigation.
